Holistic counselling provides professional assistance and guidance in resolving personal, emotional or psychological problems.
In my sessions, emotions, thoughts, belief and feelings are the starting point of balance. We will explore and take into account belief systems, personal energy, personal boundaries, subconscious and superconscious states of awareness.
I believe that the whole person is made up of interdependent parts and if one part is not working properly, all the other parts will be affected. In this way, if people have imbalances (physical, emotional, mental or spiritual) in their lives, it can negatively affect their overall health.
My aim is to provide an empowering space for you to find your own answers, I will guide you, support you and facilitate the session for you to develop trust and confidence in your abilities, knowing that you have indeed all the answer and all the tools to progress and grow at your best. We all have innate healing powers and we can heal and transform the cause of the condition, not just alleviate the symptoms.
Sometimes we go through crises, which for me are the greatest opportunity for us to evolve and move on. I understand very well what it feels like to be on an emotional and mental roller coaster, not knowing what's the next step to take, what to do in certain relationships, or even what we are here for. In these delicate moments, in which we feel vulnerable and confused is ok to ask for help and guidance. It's ok to want to walk supported by someone you can trust and doesn't judge you, someone that can see you and help you with care and genuine intentions. I aim to be that person.

My sessions are tailored to your needs and goal and they are very dynamic and creative.
I use a variety of counselling tools combined with energy healing to support you at my best. My approach is body-based, which means that everything will be experienced on a physical level. This helps you develop a profound awareness of how your body works and how certain events affect you primarily physically but also emotionally and mentally. We will also focus on your gift and talents to train and develop you unique skills, to be the best you can be.
I will also help you to develop energy awareness, boundaries awareness and grounding awareness by giving you exercise to do in between sessions, so you can start using some healing tools on your own, becoming more and more independent.
